We worked closely with Low Tide Designs to craft a home plan that maximized the allowable building footprint while respecting all regulatory constraints. We partnered with environmental consultants to prepare a comprehensive variance application, demonstrating how the project met or exceeded environmental protection standards.
What began as a challenging project with substantial constraints culminated in an extraordinary success. Bellwether delivered a stunning waterfront home that utilized every available inch of the building envelope without compromising on aesthetics or functionality. Nearly every room features unobstructed views of the waterfront, fulfilling the owners’ dream.
