We give our projects names at the outset of construction to infuse personality, meaning, and uniqueness into the home-building process. These names can reflect the client’s personal style, a shared memory, or even a passion or hobby that defines the homeowners. Names may also be inspired by the natural surroundings found in the Lowcountry—think coastal vistas, marshland views, or local wildlife. This practice not only helps to create a sense of ownership and connection but also sets the tone for the entire project, making the construction project feel like a true reflection of its inhabitants.
